Layla founded Educate With Excellence in 1996 with a vision to transform tutoring through personalised, high-quality learning experiences. With a Doctorate in Education and over 30 years of experience, she grew the business from a local service in Cheshire into a globally recognised educational platform. Now as Chairperson, Layla provides strategic oversight and mentorship, continuing to shape the heart and direction of the organisation.
Mr Haroon Rajah (Harry)

Chief Executive Officer (CEO) Master’s Degree & Doctoral Researcher in Education
Harry leads Educate With Excellence with forward-thinking strategy and a deep understanding of modern education. Holding a Master’s degree and currently pursuing a Doctorate in Education, he is passionate about combining research, technology, and student-centred practices to expand the company’s global reach. As CEO, Harry drives innovation while honouring the legacy his mother built.
Mrs Ayesha Rajah

Ayesha oversees daily operations, team leadership, and client experience. With a Master’s in Human Resources, she brings structure, empathy, and efficiency to every part of the organisation. Ayesha ensures that both students and staff receive the highest levels of support, making her a key driver in EWE’s trusted reputation and smooth operations.
